Busy Saturday!

Jer is gone in Cali for training so the girls and I had a busy day! We met my friend and her daughter at an indoor swim park. It's called Caribbean Cove. It was fun for a few hours and wore the girls out. They both fell asleep instantly on the way home! Later we went out for Chinese...all of our favorites :) I enjoyed my time with just the girls! But we miss daddy!

Swim lessons

Summer is almost here which means pool season is. The girls need to brush up their swim skills or lack of so we started swim lessons. Lucy is in a class where she swims without a parent and actually got bumped to a new class after one class. The teacher said she was too good for that class. Piper is in the parent & me class so Jer took the first class since he'll be gone the second class. Both girls loved it...which I'm glad since they are expensive! Only the best for my girls!

Family pictures

We had our family pictures done by a different photographer than usual. The photographer is a girl that I used to work with and she is in a moms group I was sort of Involved in this year. She has mini sessions and I grabbed a spot and so glad I did. Thrilled with these pictures of the girls! I posted some pics that I took on my phone of us. Family selfies!

First trip to Boston

I took advantage of having a free weekend while on training and went to Boston to see some friends from the precious trips. It was my first trip and I was excited! I took the bus from Hartford to Boston on Friday night. Met the girls out for dinner and had a low key night. Saturday, Jamie showed me parts of Boston. We went to Fenway And some other market district before meeting some other friends for the Uconn game. It was a fun night! Looking forward to another trip there!

Is now complete! Met some incredible people and hopefully some lasting friendships! Let's hope I aborbed something!
