29 Weeks

Tomorrow marks the start of 29 weeks. I had a minor freak out when I thought about it. Really thought about it. 29 weeks means 1 week until 30 weeks and then that's 7 weeks away from being "full term." Scary and Exciting all at the same time. Lucy nursery is going to under go some changes. One of my good friends, Lindsay, launched her interior design business. She's helping my put together the nursery. I think she's going to paint one of the walls a tan color and she's bought some pictures to put on the wall. We'll also be hanging 10inch letters that spell out Lucy above the crib. Of course this could all change at any time. My plan is to have the nursery put together by Thanksgiving at the latest and then start the washing of sheets, blankets, clothes, etc.

This past weekend we went to Notre Dame for a football game. We originally were going to go to the IU/Ohio State game but at the last minute-Jer's dad had purchased ND tickets and we went there instead. Of course 1/2 way to Notre Dame one of my friends from Ohio called and told me they were on their way over for the IU game so I didn't get to see her but will see her in a few weeks when we head to Ohio. The campus is beautiful and the game ended up being pretty good despite the 40 degree weather and pouring down rain. Jeremy's brother also went with us. It was a long day but glad that Jeremy had fun.

This upcoming weekend we have a wedding to go to which is really exciting. My best friend, Kara, is coming into town tomorrow for the wedding and I can't wait to see her. We're looking forward to the wedding and seeing everyone again. Of course, I can't take advantage of the open bar but I'll be the one taking the pictures. Maybe I can get in a glass of red wine! After this weekend, we'll then be entering shower season as Jer calls it. I'll have Aunt Joan's, Ohio, Gaye's, and then my friends shower. I am really looking forward to seeing everyone!
